Any thoughts on this Chuck Dressen?
 

Not a Dressen expert. This one was apparently part of a large signed collection. A handful came back as not authentic but this is one that did not get submitted. Any thoughts on if it's good or not. In comparing to other sigs, there were some points I thought were good. My main problem is if it's slow or maybe just some pen skipping.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
