Signed Mitchell Report Questions / Advice
 

So this is a weird one IMO, going through a cabinet as said cabinet is literally on its last leg and found this - I forgot I had it and remember getting it back in 2008 (I was a TTM/IP Auto Collector who worked in Baseball).

The question here is I know it has value and pretty sure its an "original" (in the sense of printed with the others) but cannot find a dang thing regarding any on the interwebs - no comps, none listed, no picture (besides a few that appear to be printed at Kinkos); How would you all list this? Just as a "2007 Signed Copy of the Mitchell Report" and let it ride? I have no doubts on authenticity and its only really been opened to look at the signature.

Any insight or advice would be appreciated!
