Cutting Hostess panel cards.
 

I don’t grade a lot, but have two panels that I would like to possibly grade. Looking at graded examples, there seems to be an art to it. Any tips or suggestions anyone can give me?

Cut as straight as possible as close to the outside of the dashed lines that you can. You can use scissors, or a guillotine slicer. Or even an X-acto knife along the edge being held down by a ruler. I've heard some even use a laser cutter.
