1969 MLB Photostamps - Panel Variant
 

Good day everyone.
I'm having a difficult time trying to find the following hand cut panel and I'm not sure what set variant it came from.

It's an 8 player hand cut panel that contains:
Willie Horton/Paul Casanova/Jose Cardenal/Jake Gibbs/Mike Andrews/Al Kaline/Davey Johnson/Joe Azcue.

Its not the normal American League panel I see Kaline on...I dont know nor have I seen a panel with these players.
There is currently one of these I had seen on the PSA registry.

Again....hoping someone can shed some light on this and/or maybe assist with my search for it?
