Problems with PSA Gallery and Inventory

Hi Net54'ers,

I have input my collection on PSA registry for almost a decade. Both PSA and SGC slabbed cards...it is a great way to inventory my collection and view my cards on my computer or phone wherever I am.

Yesterday and again today, when I go to view my gallery or inventory, all of my cards (I have almost 2000 in there) are still listed, but all of the photos are gone. Is this an issue for anyone else???

Any potential solutions? I will tell you that I am not, and haven't been for many years, a member of PSA...but that hasn't been an issue ever...maybe it is now? If this issue is just with me, I will call PSA and see what they say, but I'm thinking this isn't just a me issue.

Let me know.

Kindest regards,

JT

I'm getting the same thing.

I noticed the same issue yesterday afternoon. Every image has disappeared from My Inventory and is no longer appearing in any of my registered sets.

I just made a similar post and realized it was a duplicate. I am having the same issue. I have looked on their site to see if there is a solution and I can't find it. I was wondering if I had too many images as I have been in the process of uploading them over the past month. Please let me know any solutions that you find as I will be monitoring this closely.

The issue seems to be corrected...at least on my end...my gallery is up and running again.

Hope the same for everyone else!

I've heard a couple of interviews with Nat Turner about how the software running the registry is antiquated garbage that barely functions and only a handful of employees can make adjustments to the registry. It was closed to new set requests for a while. Improving the registry is near the top of their list of investment priorities. I've noticed more stability and improvements compared to a ~year ago but it's occasionally on the fritz.

Is there a timetable as to when new set requests will be accepted? It’s been a while.
