Jack sheridan hof?
 
I know umpires don't get a lot of love for the hall of fame but jack sheridan is one who should probably be immortalized into the hof. Billy Evans and Bill klem said he was the greatest umpire in the league and learned from him as he brought forth the crouch to see the ball better behind the catcher. He umpired the temple cup to many world series in his time and should be remembered as one of the all time greats.

How do you connect that photo with David Letterman, Ruth's Called Shot, and Leo Durocher, and boxers Graziano and LaMotta???? Read that article for which David posted the link in post 5.
