Show us your 1963 Picture Pal photos, checks, ads
 

Hey Gang:

I recall these from when I was a kid. I sadly never sent in my $1 for a photo. You'd send in a photo of yourself and your choice of player would "pose" with you. An early photoshop!

Anyone have a photo? A check paid to the player? An ad? Let's see 'em

Here are 12 Picture Pal checks, each in the amount of $200, issued to the following 1963 Baltimore Oriole players: Bob Johnson, Chuck Estrada, Jim Gentile, Jackie Brandt, Jerry Adair, John (Boog) Powell, Russ Snyder, Steve Barber, Milt Pappas, Al Smith, Stu Miller and Mike McCormick.

All of the checks are dated April 15, 1963 and have been endorsed on the reverse by the respective player in either blue or black ink.
