1960 Topps Tattoos vs. O-Pee-Chee
 

Hi, experts. Can anyone tell me how to tell the 1960 OPC tattoos from the Topps issue? I’ve done my internet research and can’t seem to find an answer.

I blogged on it a long time ago but OPC's say Made In Canada on the outside wrapper and the US tattoos do not.
