Help Identify: 1930-1945 Baseball Autographs

Greetings,

These are from a collection of odd cuts from album pages that seemed to all date in the 1930-1945 era. Out of 100+, these were the only ones I wasn’t able to identify. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks regardless for looking!

Ignore top left (Phil Weintraub) and 3 down top left, I didn’t mean to include that - it is Russell Van Atta. Thanks!

Francis Healy
Ray Pepper
Lou Kolls umpire (for a guy who was an umpire, and one who died young over 80 years ago, this guy sure liked to sign his name)
Bill Cissell
Johnny Schulte (1930's player)

The last two are throwing me. I believe I own a William Schaeffer signed just like that and I have it filed away as the career minor leaguer, but I haven't really bothered looking more into it.

The final one may be a last name only Bill Urbanski, but not 100% on that one.
