1970 Topps Yastremski signed by Ted Williams
 

Any idea what this novelty is worth? It has a full Beckett LOA.

IMO, $100-150. Probably best suited for a cut signature custom card of Williams.

It's intriguing to me that Ted would sign a Yaz... i wonder what the autograph seekers motivation was, and likewise what was going through Ted's head...

Agreed; target of opportunity meeting with Ted. I actually owned a Carl Hubbell-signed 1970 Topps card.

I've been watching that card with a few of the other Ted FB group collectors. I would also NOT ever cut that up. I'd likely not ever cut much of anything up :mad:;)

Make a custon folk art card with that. Change the head to Ted Williams and change the name to Ted Williams. I think that would be neat!

I was thinking it might be more neato to change the signature to Carl Yastrzemski!

To form the perfect set you should get Yaz to sign Ted Williams’ 1970 Topps card. What a pair that would make.
