Any idea what this is? Smaller PC size . Has facs sig on thicker stock. Want to maybe sell, but have no value idea.

It looks like a 1929 Kashin.

I thought that was possible. But those are paper like right? This may have been mounted

Heres a 1929 Kashin “Critz”…….. and yes they are on a very thin card stock not quite paper.
