Buddy of mine sent me this photo, said it’s nearly impossible now to crack out any PSA cards. Definitely think it will lead to fewer submissions.

I still have no issue cracking them out regularly.

Yep I've had 2 that were like this, but some that weren't. Strange. I'm tempted to build a jig with a Dremel or something to easily cut all the sides.

Heavy duty side cutters and just keep snipping away. Never fails to free the entombed.

I have always used a pair of hoof nippers to crack graded cases. Never had an issue yet.

Your buddy not being good at something doesn't make it anywhere near "impossible".

The point is the slabs have changed and they're substantially less brittle now.

Dremel tool is my go to tool on the rare occasion I need to crack out a card.

Just get yourself a pair of end cutter pliers and cut off the lip all the way around. It'll come apart easily after that. Takes a little longer, but it's not that difficult to do.
