Help IDing a Dom DiMaggio premium
 

I picked up this Dom DiMaggio photo premium in a mixed lot but I'm struggling to identify it. It's blank backed and measures 3.5" x 5.5"

I'm hoping someone here might be able to help identify it?

I have one too. It is very similar to a postcard set that we had a thread on some time ago. I believe it is a fan mail response card made with the same artwork. That was pretty common in the early 1950s.
