BB card Vending machines?

Saw this at a local show today… any advice from experienced collectors about card vending machines like this?

Looks cool but I don’t know a thing about them.

I appreciate any advice to test if they work, year made, what to look for, value/cost, etc.

Similar one is for sale on here for $1500.

Typically the gum balls are in the center section.

Value often depends on value of displayed cards.

Typically if they still work they are worth more. $1500 is a good price for one. Unlikely to find one that operates for less.
