Bizarre Roy Campanella signed ball NO LONGER AVAILABLE
3 Attachment(s)
I bought this "destroyed ball" as it looked like Campy. There is a leap of faith, but IMOa very small one. Sold "as is"
As many know, the machine assisted Campy autos are much more common on flat items. Some would take a ball skin, or take a ball apart. It of course would make it that much easier for him to sign. The whole ball seems to be here. Again, SOLD AS IS. But I researched many post accident Roys and it looks good.. You are final judge. A chance at an affordable and VERY ODD ROY PRICED 110 SHIPPED. firm price. I think it's fair and that is where I need to be. Pm to buy would accept 55 cash plus good trade also in order memorabilia. Thx all scott |
looks good to me

Agreed. I rarely list stuff as is. Hopefully it'll give people piece of mind

Campy bump!

added: vintage autographed item(s) to the winner. Same price, but a cool item and more bang for your buck. :)

It makes sense, as Campy couldn't sign a baseball post accident. I believe to accomodate him, Rawlings provided a bunch of ROMLB covers to him to sign, after he signed them the balls where stiched together. He could really only sign flat items.
Perhaps knew that here, and had Campy sign a flattened ball cover intending to stitch it back together. |
