Need help identifying team issue/photo
 

I have this photo of the 1945 Athletics with a very young George Kell in the front row. I can't quite figure out the origin of this photo. Was it issued with the 1945 A's photo pack? Was it issued separately? Was this in fact issued in 1945, or is this a case of a later issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dimensions are 7" x 10". No idea if it was trimmed or not. Lower border is about 1/4 of an " shorter than the upper.
