"Sleepy" Bill Burns
Burns was a fairly famous figure in the Black Sox scandal, I mean he was played by Christopher Lloyd in 8 Men Out! And he lived to 1953. So how come his autograph is so damn scarce?
The only example I could find is on this 1910 Reds baseball, where he signed his name in bold letters (very much unlike his WWI Draft Registration card). Has anybody seen a better (or even just another) example in the hobby? https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...597e4647_b.jpg |

Burns is registered in both WW I and WW II draft cards. This one is 1942 I have never seen his autograph offered in public domain
