I am obviously missing the true intent of this inquiry as there are copies of 1902 Cincinnati Reds team available through online sources or reproduced.

Perhaps OP is seeking an original T.1 image.

I agree that the OP's need is unclear. I also believe that the image in post #4 actually depicts the 1903 team. I've pasted below another version of it, with some of the players identified. It came from www.Cincinnativiews.net/sports.html , and was part of a 1903 Home Rule magazine that had been posted page-by-page. (These pages have since been removed from the Cincinnativiews website.) Jack Sutthoff is in the first row; he was not on the team in 1902. I'm pretty sure that the unidentified tall person in the middle row is 6'4" Jimmy Wiggs, who was also not on the team in 1902. Sam Crawford was a regular on the 1902 team, and he is not in this image.

The team photo is on page 23, though it has a different caption than in my version below, so perhaps there is yet another source. The Home Rule caption is "The Red Army in the Spring".

Here is the 1902 Cincinnati Reds team, with Sam Crawford (I do not own this):
