2024 Topps baseball design. Where is it?
Usually by now we've seen what next year's cards will look like. Unless I missed something, I've seen nothing so far.
|
Nothing so far...Topps has sent out their marketing materials for Topps Series 1 retail product, so we have some info on what will be in there...but they did not include the design. The product drops in February, so I have to assume the design should be released soon.

Who are gonna be the best few RC?
|
The big players who didn't get wide release rookies in 2023 would be Elly de la Cruz and Jasson Dominguez.
Matt McClain did end up in some end of year update products but I expect he'll have a nice RC in 2024 too. |
After seeing that Twitter/X picture of what AI produced as possible designs, AI is looking more and more like AU - "Artificial Unintelligence".

This is what was added to the Beckett page an hour ago -

Evan Carter and Jordan Lawler will aslo be popular RC's to start the season.

Yeah, I like the neon piping. I guess one of the major improvements from previous years is that the borders are even, so it's easy to determine centering for those that grade (or don't want to read hundreds of posts asking how to determine it for this card...).
|
I actually thought the 2022 and 2023 designs had been improvements over many others of recent years...to me this looks like a step back.
|
Not a fan of this design either. It doesn't look like a baseball card to me. It looks like some kind of sticker.
