WTB 2021 Topps Heritage Black Border
 

I am new to collecting modern and interested in doing this set. I probably have about 25 cards so far, and a few of the stars but need a lot. Also,can anyone tell me anything I should know about the set or point me to any educational resources The only thing I know is each card is supposedly limited to 50 copies. Thanks.

I've never heard that they were limited to 50. I know they were retail pack exclusives but that's it.

Dealers I have spoken with told me they are limited to 50. That is also what it says in the fine print on the packs, Beckett website, and this is from cardlines.com about the 2022 Topps Heritage Black Borders.

Black Border /50

As the name suggests, these parallels look like the base cards, except with solid black borders. For long-term collectors, this marriage of 1971 Topps and 1973 Topps might feel a bit odd, but with a print run limited to 50, these are worth ripping packs for.

You are correct. I was basing my info on my 2014 set which doesn't have the same numbers.

Interesting. I guess the issue has evolved over the years.

These were hobby, and yes 50 is the approximate print run. I will see what I have and report back.
