Wanted: 1879-80 N.Y. Clipper woodcuts
 

I'm interested in buying N.Y. Clipper woodcuts for the following players on the 1879 Providence team. Just starting this collection so any help is appreciated!

Douglas Allison -- Sept. 20, 1879
William L. Haug -- Dec. 6, 1879 "Bill Hague"
Paul A. Hines -- Dec. 6, 1879
Robert T. Matthews -- August 21, 1880
James O'Rourke -- Oct. 25, 1879
Joe Start -- June 28, 1879
John M. Ward -- Sept. 6, 1879
George Wright -- Oct. 11, 1879
Thomas York -- July 12, 1879

I have tons of NY Clipper full newspapers from that era, I will check the collection and let you know. Have all the Harpers weekly and Leslie Weekly with the baseball woodcuts, many duplicates. Full newspapers in almost every case, a few prints. I am thinking I will be selling those. As an aside I understand that is not what you are looking at, but I am taking advantage of my response to let others know. Ha!!!

I think you are super lucky to find someone on the board with a lot of that kind of stuff. My guess would have been crickets. I used to have quite a few of the Clipper woodcuts but sold all of them when I liquidated my HOF Rookies collection back around 2013 or so.
