This seller does not own this jersey (I know who does.) It's being offered at Heritage in fact.

Same with this jersey that was sold on Heritage: 1952 Lou Boudreau Game Worn Boston Red Sox Jersey, MEARS A10 with Probable Photo Match!...

So, they are stealing pictures, auctioning something they don’t have and hoping to make a quick score and disappear?

Basically. I'll bet what they are really hoping for is to find some chump who wants to get a great jersey cheap, who's willing to make a deal outside of ebay.

Years ago, I had my only ebay burn by a guy who was selling bogus U2 and Springsteen tickets. It was a pretty good scam…he had been selling cheap Cubs bleacher seats for months and built up some good feedback. Then, he started selling bogus concert tickets for $100s of dollars. By the time these shows rolled around, he was long gone. I had quite a bit of info on the dude - knew who he was and where he was going to college. ebay, Visa and Paypal didn’t seem to care. As I remember, this was before ebay had any kind of refund policy :mad:

Not sure if I caused it but, right when I saw this thread an hour or so ago, I reported the item to ebay. I guess they check those reports....

After seeing this post, I did the same. I sent ebay a snapshot of both the Killebrew and Boudreau Jersey's from Heritage, stating the ebay seller copied those two items from Heritage's website. Good to see Ebay take action.

I also reported it to ebay when I made the OP.
