Hi, I'm curious why they are unfurling a huge banner that celebrates being Champions in 1912? They were champs (of the AL) in 1907, 08, and 09. Wouldn't this most likely be a postcard from 1908, 09, or 1910? Furthermore, they opened the 1912 season in Cleveland.
Just wondering. It's a great card. |
Mark they have this exact photo in the Detroit Public Library and they have it listed as 1912 as well.
