I am thinking this is a stamp signature but wanted to get confirmation. Thanks in advance.

Yes it is a stamp. Especially noticeable in the "L" "S" and the 't' at the end. People tend to adjust their signature when they are nearing the end of a line or edge of the paper or card. The cross bar of the 't' goes right off the card without any hesitation.

That makes it stamp pattern #2 that I've seen. I have a signed business card that isn't stamped. For a guy who later held such a high position where lots of documents and correspondence would have been signed, precious few examples have ever surfaced.
