In 2004, Upper Deck issued a Yankees Classics Baseball Card set that included 1 redemption card per case of 30 different Yankees for a special exclusive Mitchell and Ness jersey made exclusively for Upper Deck. Stated print run was 40/player. This is the Gehrig jersey from that redemption. Comes with the Upper Deck LOA. Have never seen another one. Extremely rare.
