They made up a card of Leon back in the day when he went by the undercover name of Columbia Mulldowney (tough to remain undercover with a name like that, and especially when wearing an outfit with this first name emblazoned on his chest, but somehow he pulled it off). It depicts Leon in his 'get tough on scammers' stance, and showcases a demeanor meaner than most.
