Decent 1939 Play Ball Lamar Newsome A's - Ends Sunday 10/1 @ 8pm CST
2 Attachment(s)
This week we have a decency theme for the four vintage card lots up for auction. Two decent cards, one semi-decent, and one indecent, for those who don't mind some indecent exposure when it comes to prewar cards.
The card in this auction is classified as decent. It is a 1939 Play Ball #84 Lamar Newsome of the Philadelphia Athletics. It has a corner crease in upper right corner, and some small areas of paper loss on back as well as a couple stray marks. With the batting form portrayed on the card, it probably appears to the untrained eye that Lamar is a member of the baseball Hall of Fame, that's how good his batting pose is. Minimum opening bid is $1 for this card, and the bidding increment should be in whole dollars. Bids with a time stamp of 8:00 pm CST on closing night or earlier are valid, anything after that is considered an unsuccessful bid. The shipping if you win one of my auctions this week will be $4.50, for two it will also be $4.50 total. Win 3 or 4 auctions and the shipping is FREE. All cards will be shipped in a padded envelope. Personal check or Paypal accepted. Good Luck! Brian |
