eBay listing

I was just wondering if anyone has purchased anything from pcbcomicsandsports on eBay and if they characterization of the condition met expectations. They have quite a hefty amount of feedback and most is positive. They list some really great stuff....Kashins, pre-war strip cards, etc., and advertise these cards as being in very high grades.....but they never show the back and with some of these cards, just at a quick glance at the photo that is up, I am not sure if the MINT or NM-MT billing accurately reflects the card. Some of the cards do look pretty sharp. As an example, they have an R315 Hubbell currently listed. It's billed as MINT. The card does look sharp but it looks like it has some discoloration/stain in the middle. I am always weary of buying raw cards, in particular old ones. Just wondering if anyone on here has had any experience with this particular seller.

Thank you.....I guess when something looks too good to be true....it usually is

That's the Hubbell I was eyeing but I can see some sort of staining in the middle.....and now that I read the other thread, that's probably not the only issue with this card. Now that I am looking at the sides carefully, something looks off.

I've purchased cards from this seller before. His cards look better on his postings than when they are received. Also, like many eBay sellers he overgrades his cards. I will say that when I have complained, the seller did offer a refund. Even with that, I will not purchase any more cards from him.
