According to my extensive research (i.e., quickly checking baseball-reference.com), these are the players of the very first game in NL history. How many of them do we have cards of? I have Sutton, who I assume is the easiest.

Elmer White
Deacon White
Ezra Sutton
Frank Sellman
Al Pratt
Charlie Pabor
Ed Mincher
James McDermott
Bobby Mathews
Bill Lennon
Gene Kimball
Bill Kelly
Wally Goldsmith
Jim Foran
Jim Carleton
Tom Carey
John Bass
Art Allison

Do you mean 1876? That is the first year of the National League. 1871 was the first year of the National Association, which was the first professional baseball league. It lasted through 1875.

No. Right year, wrong league.

Like Sutton, Deacon White and Bobby Mathews appear in the N172 Old Judge set. A Mort Rogers scorecard in known for Gene Kimball, but I know of no other "cards" of these players.
