Exhibit card of baseball player cutouts: part of a set or board game?

Traveling on business this week, and I picked up this cool blank-backed Exhibit Supply Company postcard.
Are there more to the set?
What was it part of? Board game or just done for kids to play with?

Kind of wish there were some teams featured on the jerseys, but this has a pitcher, a batter, and a fielder, so maybe it's a one-off. I think the instructions could have been omitted; I would expect that's fairly obvious.

I have seen that somewhere before. Perhaps posted here on Net54?

It is part of a set colloquially known as Penny Toys for Boys. You can see other examples here, starting at image 118:

I always thought that the pitcher looks like Lefty Grove...except as a righty!

Looks like you have a color variation on the batter with the blue inked areas.

It does look like Lefty, but this guy throws with his right arm. Maybe he is Righty Grove?

Just like cut out dolls for girls, just baseball cutouts for boys.
