Curious as I just picked up a PCL multi signed item that has Cecil among the signers. Was he a tough signer? I wasn’t familiar with him prior to the purchase.

honestly i just started concentrating on 1940 to 1945 the last 2 months. I have seen him on team signed balls, so not sure yet how hard he is. But if you are interested in selling let me know thanks
