T3 Cobb SGC 2 - $15k no-fee method/wire or $15400 PP G&S

The visible "blotchy" areas are from the slab's liner not being fully taut and sticking to the plastic shell - per conversations with SGC, they made a change to their T3 slabs in the past couple of years to give a more snug, more protective fit for these oversized cards. However, the liner material doesn't always stay perfectly smooth - they do not consider it a defect and it has no effect on the card itself. The liner was like this when I purchased this at REA (https://bid.robertedwardauctions.com...?itemid=103039), and I'm including their scans as well because their equipment/technique allowed them to get a clearer view of the card itself.
