With regards to the scans, they may not convey how glossy these cards are but they do show hair/dust that got on a few while scanning (I'm looking at you Carlos Marmol). They're also referred to as "framed relics" so they also shift slightly (see autographed Jason Heyward back of card scan*) but easily return to their centered position, usually while placing them back in their top loaders.

As of this writing and from some brief research, I believe this to be the highest graded mini-flag back of that particular card currently available, perhaps the only one!
