Modern is not my wheelhouse. I have three 90's-early 2000's cards that someone is very eager and anxious to purchase from me, but can only find a comparable value for one of them. They're not easy cards to locate, and combining this with the prospective buyer's eagerness, I just want to be certain that everything works out properly.

I'm basing my values on Barry Larkin, which is my PC.

Pacific = ebay has one listed for $1

Topps Tek = $5. 1998 Barry Larkin Tek cards went berserk during COVID. But 1999 doesn't seem to be as crazy unless it's gold.

UD Gold /250 = $25 - $50. A Larkin UD gold /100 is priced at $99. I haven't found any other comps for it.

I think the Pacific may carry a stronger value, as it has a different photo on the back than the standard card and I can't find any past sales.

There was a white photo back that sold on COMC for $9 in 2015.
Topps Tek sold for $4.

Thanks. Yes, $4-5 definitely seems correct for the Tek. So little to go on with the other two. I do appreciate your checking and welcome anyone else's input.
