Who is the only umpire to be behind home plate for 2 perfect games?

Great question.
Sadly I barely know umpires names let alone who was behind the plate for perfect games.

I can only name Angel Hernandez and for all the wrong. Probably the worst Ump in MLB history. And sadly one of the longest tenured

Neither Joe or Angel is correct. The umpire was also at third base for another perfect game so is the only umpire so far to be part of 3 perfect games. He did retire last year, but it's not Joe West.

He was at first base when he made his bad call, but he was also at second base for Dallas Braden's perfect game.
