Wait I have a guess. Was it Posada? Wells and Cone were close in timeline but I don’t know if he was catching both.

Yep, Len Barker in 1981 and (I think) Dennis Martinez in 1992(?).

The odds against that must be staggering. Two different teams, 10 years apart, and the same catcher in both games.
