1954 Red Heart Dog Food card Set excellent Cond.
 
I looked at a 1954 Red Heart Dog Food complete card set in excellent Cond. Any general ideal on value, a ballpark figure-Mantle and the other cards probably grade 5-thanks

$4-5000 or so if gradable in EX would be a nice purchase price IMO. Mantle is obviously the key with Musial next. A fully graded PSA set averaging around EX 5 with the Mantle a 4.5 sold for $6600 in a Heritage auction last month.

Hopefully you get it. It is a very nice set. I got one very recently from a fellow member. Mine is the reprint version though.:)

It is a nice set. I am two cards away (Mantle, Musial) of completing the set in PSA 7 grade. I should have purchased the Mantle when it could be had in the $900-$1000 range.
