I picked up this fairly rare P72 Wade Boggs Pro Stock/Team Index bat from a fellow member in a trade. Very happy to add it to my Wade Boggs bat collection.

Nice bat! Congrats!
|
If it’s a P72, then it’s not a Pro Stock. What’s the knob look like?

1936 Ohio State decal, about 6". It was in a 1936 Olympics scrapbook that also yielded 15 Los Angeles Examiner Sport Stamps with Jesse Owens.
https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...te%20decal.jpg It's available, if anyone is interested. Sport Stamps: Owens https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...Copy%20_2_.jpg Zamperini is a war hero who had a movie made about him a few years ago (Unbroken): https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...20-%20Copy.jpg https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...ize/img939.jpg https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...ize/img940.jpg https://photos.imageevent.com/exhibi...ize/img941.jpg |

And as long as we're posting pix that aren't sideways, here are a couple from my newest Koufax scored program.
His May 23, 1966 complete game win against the Pirates. This is my 116th scored Koufax win program, and 261st different appearance overall. The hunt is ongoing... Doug |

I really love Hubenthal's artwork, as he captures the early to mid 1960s era and feel like nobody else. Fittingly, Hubenthal became the "king" of cartoonists after Willard Mullin passed the torch. He churned out a bunch of awesome yearbook and program covers for the Rams and Chargers during this period as well. Great stuff! |

Happy to pickup my 100th m113 over the weekend (thank you Jim!)
I believe Mr. O'Toole to have been released in June 1912, as the 11th m113 issued |
