LTB low grade foreign cards (Vennies, Cubans, etc)

LTB low grade vintage baseball cards from foreign (non-OPC) sets, preferably in lots. Topps Venezuelan, Cuban issues, etc. Not looking for nice high grade stuff, really looking for cheap beaters.

ETA: would also be interested in real real low grade/affordable HOFers from foreign issues

Are you looking for graded or raw? I have a couple graded Vennies that didn't grade very high.
