Bowman/Topps original photo archives?
 

Are there any archives images of the early Bowman/Topps releases? More specifically, I'm looking for the 1953 Bowman Color Pee Wee Reese image. I'm trying to get a high resolution image for my grandma to do a drawing for my dad and the card itself does not show enough detail for her.

I don't recall seeing a type 1 of this photo, but the image is from 1946 and was used in several publications. You can probably track some of them down and get a better image.
