current PSA turnaround times?
 

Hi all,
Any idea what the real turnaround time is right now for the Regular Service (claimed 10 business days)? Are they still months behind?

My last regular service ($75/card) got there April 11 and is on its way back to me as of today.

I dropped some off cards at a card show early Feb, value service, just got them today. My value plus order is also behind schedule that was sent in a month ago.

I've sent in two separate Value Plus (20 day ETA listed on their website) orders in the last couple months.

One got back to me in 24 days.
The other got back to me in 17 days.

That's not behind according to the times they post. Value is 65 business days which is about 3 months. Value plus is 20 business days so that should hit very soon.

My experience has been that, for the most part, they've been hitting their posted times, occasionally exceeding them, less frequently missing them, and then not by a significant amount.

Tim - Here are the turnaround times on my last three PSA orders at the Regular service level:

Order Type: Regular (Jumbo)
Received per PSA: 2/13
Shipped back to me: 3/9

Order Type: Regular (with PSA/DNA)
Received per PSA: 3/22
Shipped back to me: 4/4

Order Type: Regular
Received per PSA: 4/3
Shipped back to me: 4/24
