1980-81 Topps Basketball (singles?)
 

A fun easy cheap way to complete a set! Wax packs came with fold up posters (these are my duplicates) links to a couple of articles about "The Perforated Monster" bottom of post.

Storage solution rubber banded and placed in with my '69 and '70 tall boy cards.
