Any chance this signed 1954 Thompson is authentic?

I really can't be sure, but here's mine for comparison.

When I look at the autograph on my card there was significant 'skip' in the ink pen. It almost looks like it was printed with an old dot matrix printer. :)

Thank you for posting your signed cards. The signature on the 1954 Topps card as compared to these two Thompson autographs on the 1950 Bowman cards, as well as other examplars online have enough differences that I won't pursue it without formal authentication from PSA, Beckett, or JSA.

Any other thoughts are always appreciated.
