I have a set of the 4-in-1 picture packs that I believe came out just after Cleveland won the 1948 World Series, as it has 1948 World Champs on the envelope. Not looking to sell but wondering if anyone knows anything about the relative scarcity of the 4-in-1 set. I believe it was reported in the Standard Catalog only in 2009.
