1969 Philadelphia Phillies Jersey 100th Anniversary Patch
 

1969 Philadelphia Phillies Jersey with 100th MLB Anniversary Patch on sleeve.

This was presented to me as a game used jersey from this year. However, the tagging does not match typical gamers from this year as the tag was in the tail. Missing one of the buttons.

However, this jersey was supposedly used by a September 10th late call up player named Scott Reid from Portland who was the only player wearing #40 in 1969 for the Phillies. Could have been given a minor league jersey rather than getting new jerseys at the end of the season.

However, could be a salesman sample or other Phillies jersey type.
