Help with Yankee pennant

Can anyone tell me the date and approximate value of this New York Yankees pennant? I've seen this one with the number 1 or number 4 on the player sliding. But is this one, with the number 5, any rarer that the other two?

Late 40s, early 50s, may be rare but I doubt any collectors care about the runner’s uniform number. $75 plus or minus
