This was announced a year ago, not seeing anything more on it since then. Anyone know anything? Is the deal for that space still on?

I think I know what's holding everything up. One of their cubicles was re-submitted after an alleged trimming controversy.

Maybe now that modern submissions are down from the peak, they’re rethinking taking on more space. Or they’re just embroiled in contentious negotiations over the PSF cost to lease the space.

Perhaps the deal is stuck in "QA Check 2"
