Can Anyone decipher this poster in Spanish ?

Ran across this vintage poster advertising a I assume Base-Ball-Game of some kind , poster mostly in Spanish-- someone wrote Costa Rica near the very bottom--curious what this paper poster says ??-any help would be appreciated-??
