PSA Sub question...quick and simple question
 

Hello.
Does anyone know when PSA will notify you of an upcharge? Is when it is in grading?.....assembly?.....Q check 1?.....Q check 2?
I have a non sport sub that just went to assembly and was wondering.

After QA2 right before they bill you.

The Results Department receives orders to review for potential fee adjustments after grading is completed. Note that all orders technically could have grade changes occur after you are notified.
