Alexander- $SOLD

Seen here in 1928. I believe this may have been taken by Conlon, though I'm not certain. Photo has a small tear in the right border as seen.



Sisler- $150

Shown in great focus here In 1929, warming up his arm in spring training.





Gilliam- $SOLD

This is an incredible shot of Gilliam, some of the best clarity I've ever seen on a '50s shot. When I got the photo I took a closer look at it and it looked like it was possibly taken during the Dodgers tour of Hawaii/Japan in 1956. However I found a sale on Rmy claiming it to be taken in Cuba in 1951-52 being a pre rookie for Jim. The photo is a Collins Original so I'm leaning to it being shot in Hawaii as that's where he was based. But I'm not certain. Either way a fantastic shot.



McCarthy- $150

A George Burke original portrait of the great McCarthy. Has a light crease that doesn't show up very much at all on the front. And some minor paper loss.

May I ask what causes you to think the Alexander is a Conlon?

Doug, it’s complete and utter speculation and very likely not taken by Charles. Though he did take some very good focused dugout entrance shots that remind me of Grover. Also, the photo is from New York where Charles was based (not saying much of course, many many were based in ny)

Will attach a few nice dugout step shots Charles took.
